StoryLight Social Data Deletion Instructions

Effective October 9, 2026

StoryLight Social is an owner-operated tool used by Stoikk to prepare and publish approved StoryLight content. To request deletion of social account data held by the tool, email [email protected] from the address associated with the operator account.

What to include

Identify the platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Pinterest) and the connected account name. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other login credentials. We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account.

What we delete

After verification, we will remove the connected account's locally stored OAuth tokens and associated account identifiers, and delete eligible service records that are not required for security, legal, or audit purposes. We will confirm when we have processed the request.

Revoke platform access

You can also revoke this tool's permissions in the connected platform's settings. Revoking permissions prevents future API access but does not automatically delete records already held by StoryLight or content held by the platform. Platform posts and records must be managed using that platform's own controls.

StoryLight app data

For deletion of an anonymous account or child profile in the StoryLight family app, contact [email protected] and describe the request. A parent or guardian may need to provide the device or account identifier shown in the app so we can locate the relevant record.
